UPT offers Biokinetic services that helps you recover from orthopedic injuries, whether this is sports related injuries or to build up your strength after an operation.
If you want to return to your recreational sport, our Biokineticist will take a scientific approach through evidence-based exercises to help you recover. Using extensive knowledge of Biomechanics and Physiology, our Biokineticist can guide you through proper exercise techniques. You will work through an individualized exercise plan with our Biokineticist to help you recover.
