Our Story
Ultimate Performance Therapy is a rehabilitation & performance-based company from South Africa specializing in various sports & population groups.
Established in 2018, our goal is to not only improve the lives of our clients but also educate them on their body, overall health and the importance of looking after themselves.
Whether you are an athlete, a student or just struggling with recurring aches or pains, we hope that you find our website informative and find value in the various services we provide.
In summary, we strive to help others reach their ultimate performance. This includes individuals of all ages and physical ability with our ultimate goal being to help individuals of various backgrounds and needs create healthy lifestyle habits.
To reach this goal, we founded the company upon three (3) tiers. Each one of these represent the 3 key areas within the industry that we serve.

Ultimate Performance Therapy’s employees/therapists are highly qualified within the field of recovery, performance, and rehabilitation. We enforce this standard of high-quality by only recruiting trainers/sport scientists/therapists who have a high standard in service delivery, knowledge and work ethic within the field of physiotherapy, biokinetics and/or Sport Science.
High Quality Consumables
Ultimate Performance Therapy makes use of high-quality consumables such as massage oil, taping, strapping and rehabilitative equipment from reputable brands/suppliers.
